Maybe the only sun some of us will see this year will be on Love Island!

So while it's nice to enjoy any sunshine we do get, you should be aware that too much time in the sun is dangerous to your skin and lead to skin cancer in later life. So it's important to take care in the sun and protect yourself!

Too much sun can damage the retina in your eyes. As with skin damage, it is the ultraviolet (UV) radiation from the sun which causes problems. ... Even on cloudy days we should wear sunglasses to reduce the ultraviolet radiation reaching our eyes., so get the shades on folks!
