So how does it work?

We will match your company with an academic partner that has the specialist expertise you need and help you to find and employ a high calibre science, engineering or technology graduate who will be employed by you to lead your chosen innovation project for 12 or 18 months. We will also be there with you every step of the way to guide you through the project ensuring maximum benefit for you and your business.
