Siobhan Caulfield, Patricia Doran and the wider InterTradeIreland Trade team were delighted to attend the #BalmoralShow, Northern Ireland’s largest agri-food event. It has been a great opportunity to meet with key partners and businesses from across the island to discuss how InterTradeIreland can help businesses grow cross-border sales and also share details of our new programmes aimed at linking business supply chains North and South.  We enjoyed meeting past and present businesses who have availed of our supports and it was a great opportunity to showcase their experience of successfully engaging in cross-border trade. We're here for the remainder of the day - come and speak to us in the FSB Northern Ireland Business and Agri Pavilion or if you missed us, please get in contact to start your cross-border export journey 👉 https://lnkd.in/eRRxq6if

Economy Minister Deirdre Hargey joined the #transatlanticfintechexchange event at City Hall, Belfast, organised by the the The Fintech Corridor and the American Transaction Processors Coalition, where she told the audience that Belfast is now ranked as the world’s top city for fintech inward investment, and the north, the world's number 2 region for fintech inward investment. Deirdre Hargey said: “It is wonderful it is to see Belfast hosting this event; celebrating not only all-island collaboration, but also collaboration on a global scale. The Fintech sector in the north – and indeed, across the island – is growing rapidly, supported by a cluster of local indigenous companies, start-ups, and international firms. Many of the world’s top financial services brands have established operations here. Not only that, but they have built on their success and ours, through reinvestment, and by encouraging others to consider the north as a good place to be. The north’s unique trading position, as a result of the Windsor Framework, will be a further, key enabler in driving this success story.” Pictured (left to right) are Steven Groark (Chief Financial Officer, Elavon Financial Services), Hilary Moran (CEO, The Fintech Corridor), H.West Richards (CEO, ATPC), Minister Hargey, Michael Mills (COO- ATPC), SImon Bailie (Chair, The Fintech Corridor), Alan McEneaney (Co-Chair, The Finect Corridor) Invest Northern Ireland InterTradeIreland Belfast City Council
