We had a fantastic time over the weekend at the Wicklow Mountain Biking Festival up in Ballinastoe, Roundwood just a stones throw from the Hop Farm. We were delighted to sponsor the event with savage cans of Sugarloaf, Arcadia and Moonlight.

Introducing Endangered Species no. 45, Brain Freeze. A fruit forward, pastry sour inspired by those sunny Summer days by the beach with an ice cream in hand. Brain Freeze is brewed with touch of milk sugar and vanilla to give an ice cream base. It is then jam packed with Raspberry and Blueberry puree with a hint of lime to give a refreshing, fruity flavour that will leave you wanting more.
The Wicklow Wolf Running Club took to the trails in Carrickgolligan on Friday for the April club meet-up. Over 120 members strong this year, the club is a fun, social running club aimed at showing off some of the best trails Wicklow has to offer.
We have an exciting opportunity to join the Wicklow Wolf pack. Due to the continued growth of our business, we are looking to add an experienced brewer to the wolf pack.
We are looking for an experienced brewer whose focus is on producing high quality beer, with positive team centric work ethic and a creative and proactive approach to their work. The successful applicant will be joining a small production team that shares responsibilities for all aspects of production.

Paying homage to the Great Sugarloaf Mountain in Wicklow, Sugarloaf Juicy IPA is dry hopped with a massive amount of juice forward hops, bursting with tropical, citrus and stone fruit flavours and aromas.
Aged for 6 months in specially selected Rabbit Hole bourbon and rye barrels, this beer borrows it`s name from Rabbit Hole`s signature Kentucky Straight Bourbon, Cavehill.
Coming in at 7.0%, you can expect rich toffee and caramel flavours with a hint of rye earthiness and spice coming through in this bourbon barrel aged Kentucky Common, finishing with some nice toasted wood character.
Introducing Cavehill, a Bourbon Barrel Aged Kentucky Common made in collaboration with our friends from Rabbit Hole Distillery in Louisville, Kentucky.
Aged for 6 months in specially selected Rabbit Hole bourbon and rye barrels, this beer borrows it`s name from Rabbit Hole`s signature Kentucky Straight Bourbon, Cavehill.

We were delighted to collaborate with our Kentucky based friends in Rabbit Hole Distillery for a new Crossbreed Series release. After discussing brewing a beer together over some whiskey, Quincey and Kaveh (founder of @rabbithole) hatched a plan. We dug out the recipe for one of the very first Wicklow Wolf beers, Kentucky Common and decided to get a little creative.
Barberhop Quartet is generously dry hopped with Amarillo, Bravo, Galaxy and Strata CGX to give harmonious hop aromas of peach, grapefruit, citrus fruits and a touch of passion fruit. Expect this one to have a strong bitter bite, supported by a malty backbone that all sing off the same hymn sheet.

A quartet of hops, this pale amber IPA is generously dry hopped with Amarillo, Bravo, Galaxy and Strata CGX.
