Business Supports
2017 Go-2-Tender Workshops announced

Go-2-Tender, our award winning tender workshops are aimed at SMEs looking to gain the confidence, knowledge and practical skills to tender successfully for public sector contracts in their own jurisdiction and on a cross-border basis.

For 2017 we are holding:

Introduction to Tendering Seminars

These practical half day seminars are aimed specifically at small business owners who will be new to public sector tendering, have limited knowledge and/or experience of the market or simply want to refresh their knowledge of the public sector on the island. Targeting the micro sector (<10 employees), these seminars focus on low value/under threshold opportunities.

Standard Go-2-Tender Workshops

These workshops are based over 2 days and will provide you with the necessary skills to bid successfully for public sector contracts in either jurisdiction. Training is delivered by experienced bid specialists with a half day tailored mentoring support offered to each SME participant. Eligible participant companies can also apply for up to a further 2 days of mentoring from an experienced consultant.

And Finally......
What is your favourite Christmas advert?

Well its that time of the year again and now it's December we can start to celebrate all things festive. The Christmas adverts have already been running on the TV for the last few weeks but what a bumper year this year!

With John Lewis and 'Buster the Boxer' and M&S with 'Mrs Claus' and who can forget Aldi and 'the carrot'! But others that may not be on your radar are the 'teddies in the Heathrow Airport' advert and the Lidl advert with 'Grandad returning to the family home' to be greeted by all of his family.

No one can deny that these adverts all help to build the excitement around Christmas and I know you will all have your favourties but just in case you are interested ... here is my favourite.

Happy Christmas from us all at InterTradeIreland and we will see you all in 2017!
Waitrose and The Robin
