Consider re-applying to H2020 North South Competitive Partnerships Programme
The recent announcement by UK Chancellor Philip Hammond that the Treasury will underwrite the payment of H2020 awards even when specific projects continue beyond the UK’s departure from the EU, is a welcome boost to current and prospective H2020 applicants.
For researchers and companies involved in H2020 applications and considering a re-application to the programme, this assurance dispels the uncertainty around the UK’s continued participation in the programme.
InterTradeIreland’s CPP programme provides North and South participants, jointly involved in a H2020 application, with an opportunity to have their proposal and/or Evaluation Summary Report analysed by an external expert for free. Both successful and unsuccessful applications are eligible and each participant will receive a written report that provides advice on the scientific excellence, implementation and impact sections of the submission and in addition, identifies future opportunities for resubmission or an application to a new area.
