Welcome to Feel Good You!

Ohh I love this good weather, it brings out the best in people, great to get out walking, actually see your neighbours instead of whizzing past in cars, nothing like a bit of eye contact and a craic, it's good to talk or even doing a bit of DIY 'round the house, this weekend I'm on a mission, in between watching the style at "the wedding" I  plan on painting my bedside lockers, I've said it, so now I have to do it!.

From the last Ezine I participated in "Rampage" in Cookstown, great team building event but took me 3 days to get over it! but maybe... ITI could do something like this "get dirty with your crew, were tougher together"!!!

This issue may be a bit disjointed as it incorporates April and May.  Also with a Bank Holiday on the horizon why not visit some nearby attractions! those boots were made for walking!

Now as throat health is included in this issue why not soften your cough with a dollop of honey, and check out it's health benefits you'll be buzzing!!!

Sweet,

Sandra

Cool Your Brain!

yawn is a reflex consisting of the simultaneous inhalation of air and the stretching of the eardrums, followed by an exhalation of breath and then looking at your watch!!Yawning (oscitation) most often occurs in adults immediately before and after sleep, during tedious activities and is contagious but what are the Causes of Excessive Yawning
You may think Yawning just means you're tired, but are they trying to tell you something!  A study has suggested that the reason we yawn has nothing to do with tiredness or boredom, but actually works in order to cool down our brain and help us think a little clearer, apparently a cool brain performs better than a warm brain, who would have thought!

Yawning is involuntary because we do it even before we're born and it's also contagious so What makes us yawn?
You don’t decide to yawn, your playing out a biological programme!  We yawn unconsciously and spontaneously. We can’t yawn on command but if we've been yawning from before birth it must be doing  something important to have survived!
